We took a visiting visa and flight ticket from Oasis last week. At the time of booking, the staff gave a 100% assurance that they would provide a dummy return ticket along with the main ticket. He was told to remind one day before the travel date for the dummy ticket. However, despite calling them multiple times from evening until the next morning, I received no response. Finally, one staff member answered my call and sent the dummy ticket just before the boarding time — and that too, it was not even confirmed. I had already paid the full amount upfront, yet the service I received was extremely poor. The customer service was disappointing, and the attitude of the staff was unprofessional. I will never recommend Oasis to anyone.
